What about starting with somthing very simple, like who you are, where you are from and what you do in life and even maybe tell us more about how/where you learned english. Now, I watch movies and tv shows in English, too. Also, I try to watch English Cannels, also. But as there aren't a lot, I watch the news on Euronews in English. At first, I hated their accent, though we understood nothing, but now, I like it really much. I leave in The Hague (the Netherlands) speak Dutch but my working language is English, so in away or another I don't have any problem to distinguish accents.
