Ibn Mas'ud (qu'Allah l'agrée) a dit: "Scrute ton coeur à trois moments: lorsque tu écoutes le coran, lors des assises de rappel, et lorsque tu es seul. Si ton coeur est distrait à ces trois moments, demande alors à Allah de d'octroyer un coeur car tu n'en a pas"
