And the Arabic part is because Algeria is suppose to be an arabic country so It does make sense.... The good news is you can talk with people from Egypt... They are often fluent in english. Or maybe you're acting like all this guys on the Internet who like to put comments in English when the discussion isn't in english... They are just expecting you to understand and I think it's just rude.... So I think you should learn french or arabic and you'll see by yourself that it is indeed a great forum.
