Guest Nimos Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 Serait ce une traduction de savoir-vivre ? No lol the "Savoir vivre" should be somthing like the "Manners" we say someone has go not manners....means he does not know how to live Citer

moonlight2010 10 Posted August 30, 2010 Author Partager Posted August 30, 2010 Hoping is the only that No ambitious persons have got for their selves I don't agree with you on that, sometimes hope is the only way to move on in your life...... Citer
Guest Ila Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 No lol the "Savoir vivre" should be somthing like the "Manners" we say someone has go not manners....means he does not know how to live The question came to me cause "life knowledge" does not mean any thing Citer
ergoflyer 10 Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 Hoping is the only that No ambitious persons have got for their selves u forgot the quote:o Citer
moonlight2010 10 Posted August 30, 2010 Author Partager Posted August 30, 2010 The question came to me cause "life knowledge" does not mean any thing Perhaps because you have translated it to arabic...that's why it is meaningless.... Citer
ergoflyer 10 Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 Perhaps because you have translated it to arabic...that's why it is meaningless.... and what u think it gives us in arabic??? Citer
Guest Ila Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 Perhaps because you have translated it to arabic...that's why it is meaningless.... I did not translate it into any other language, if he means "the knowledge of life" he should say "life's knowledge" ... wise means "sage" ps: excusez c'est peut être un thread de déconne :04: Citer
moonlight2010 10 Posted August 30, 2010 Author Partager Posted August 30, 2010 and what u think it gives us in arabic??? I think that life knowledge means what Nimos said 'savoir vivre"... Citer
Guest Nimos Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 I think that life knowledge means what Nimos said 'savoir vivre"... Ñife knowledge is not "Savoir vivre" it is the sum of the knowledge we take from life, it is not a way of living it is the life experienced things Citer
Guest Nimos Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 I don't agree with you on that, sometimes hope is the only way to move on in your life...... Hope depends of ...others and something we canno manage, being ambitious....That moves our lives Citer
Guest Ila Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 I think that life knowledge means what Nimos said 'savoir vivre"... Translation leads to make mistakes, traduire mot a mot n'est pas conseillé quand on veut apprendre une langue. Le savoir vivre se dit en anglais manners comme l'a dit Nimos peace. Guest Nimos Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 hope alone won't get you anywhere, you have to take actions along with hope to change the things that seem to block your way In my mind, hope, luck, knowledge and action are the four things you need to overcome your problems, only the luck can't be managed :p That´s it man !!! you´ve understood all well Citer
ergoflyer 10 Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 , only the luck can't be managed :p and how you proceed to 'manage' it??? Citer

temmar 10 Posted August 30, 2010 Partager Posted August 30, 2010 It hasn't always been easy for me to speak english and i'm still learning, but in my first 3 month in england for work, I almost talked to nobody, i couldn't understand simple orders, greetings, I was lost, i was always looking for a french somewhere to help me out lol. It took me 3 month to get used to the language then I had some kind of trigger and oddly I could eventually understand and even answer to people talking to me. I was more or less able to talk and understand people before that trigger but I had to be drunk in a pub  So it made me think that the stress was making me nervous and i was loosing my ways..so, when I got calm and used to the people surrounding me I was finaly able to progress again. Another funny thing is that my english improved a huge way when I came back 1 year later and started to watch movies in english with subtitles. Since then I still improve it with movies. you know english ...... allah ybarek Citer
