when I was in algeria, we had the possibility to choose our favorite language to learn, between english and french. however, the level there, it was not very high here in Spain, we have to learn it as second language, so, for this reason, I could speak with english people without problems, but I have to say that some people from some regions of England speak an english very very difficult to understand

i can say that it's funny , and it's a very smart solution to understand english, i think that our teachers weren't patient with us, that's why the majority of pupils find english like a nightmare, always bad markes
