very nice story moa... i've been curious about your avatar now i understand better ... i have a question though do you agree with the message of this tale

I don t know. The goat died but she knew freedom and happiness. Besides, in the story, if I remember well, close the death, the goat didn t regret the farm.

In fact, this tale was not written to children, even if , we say it s a story for them.

This tale is written like a letter to a poet. This poet, Gregoire, who was not rich, refused a secure job because he didn t like it.

I m not sure but it s about that.

And you, What do you think about that?

You're using a better english than mine, period. I'm using a bunch of crapy mixed words, and forms, from everywhere. Jumping on everyone's bandwagon :o

Better not to use "naughty" or "nasty" when talking with a yank. :04:

Until further advice these words still do mean the same in England.

Hum Thank you very much, pulse. You are nice like the goat :o

Beware to Nimos!

No, I thought naughty meant not nice. I m not a "coukin" and I often used this word. How do we say " not nice"?

I didn t write this tale. It s a very famous tale in France written by a 19 century writer, daudet

I confused the word novel with the word wich means a small novel because in french langage, we say " nouvelle"

Hi everybody :)

You are welcome

not nice = horrible or bad.

We don't say I confused.It is rather "there is a confusion ou I did a mistake "

me it reminds me of a story by gibran that i always read to my girls it's about a small flower who tells her friends that she wishes to become a rose they warn her if this happens she will certainly be crushed by the wind while being a small flower sticking by the wall would protect her from such a fate. well she eventually becomes a rose and is crushed by the wind.. dying, her friends tell her see we told you this would kill you she tells them (and this is my favourite part) yes i die but i've lived and seen what you have never imagined and i do not regret my death...

Yesterday, I made several times a mistake. Indeed, I wrote langage instead of language.

I thought I m on the stage where we do confusion between the languages wich we know.

It s the stage just before we become bilingual, isn t it? :o

C'est parce que t'es bilingue :o .. Ne fais pas attention aux fautes..l'essentiel est de simplifier tes phrases ;)

Une bonne phrase en anglais comporte 2 fois moins de mots qu'en français :)
