so logically the point is : for every woman accepted to work there's a man unemployed and still looking for a job , and at last she won't do nothing with her money , but him , he's looking forward to get a job and to found a family . so what can I say , ... women rival us in work , and cause our unemployment , and they all want to marry a man that have a good job and a high salary !!!!!!!!

not because we're in 2012 we should change everything and think totally differently , .... there are many things should better stay as they are in the past .

 

P.S : I didn't say I am against the work for women , but I think what I said is very logical ( they're contributing in the unemployment of men )

i think it's time for men to face the challenge that's all you can say as xell that for every man employed there is another with the same qualifications unemployed but that would not account for unemployment now would it!

besides women don't just waste their money on make up and perfume these are prejudices some feed families you know just as some men spent all their money on drink or clothes or women

In "19bekri " women dont work, they don't even go to school, but now it's defferent... and that why I am telling you to accept the change ! the lifestyle is not the same at all ! You have to show that you 're able to be better than women instead of saying that we don't find job because women are every where.

Jacob , you are somehow right concerning the increase of unemployement in our country because of women, since they accepte to work even with average wage , that's not the case with man

unemployement is an important problem in western societies and in many of thoses countries women are paid less than men though having the same jobs and the same qualifications however in thoses countries nobody would ever dare to say that men are unemployed because women work

well , I don't say it's the 100% the reason , however worker women -in some domains- are causing unemployment of men .

 

it's obvious that we need women to occupy some professions where men can't be better ( for example : the nursery (la crèche ) , a pediatrist , teacher of languages , ... )

 

but there are some jobs in which women should not conquer men , especially those works that need high concentration , and require lot of time ( like engineering , surgery , ..... )

 

 

women accept to work for a low salary , cuz they haven't in what they should spend money , not like men , they have lot of responsibilities ( family , .. )

and because of that women are more employed then men .

 

and don't forget in Algeria the problem of ( le service national ) , so during 18 months where men are in the army , women are improving their selves and getting more experience in their work , ... etc , so you are more lucky to have a job than us .

1. From where does come the idea that surgery or Engineering is a man exclusive field? Talking about woman concentration ? Well isn´t it funny to pretend men have more accurate concentration when the history prooved the opposite as the women have been working in engineering and even contsurction for so long, women have also workd on chimistery and even physics which requires a high level of concentration, may be the idea you exposed is the results of many years of prohibition of the technical studies for women.... obviously we get less women in technical fields taking this prohibition into account.

 

The second argument settling that women have no need to spend money for family and obligation seems also a corrupted one, as women are mainly the most aware about the need of a family (considering the Schem you adopt of the family) and hence the most indicated to share and dedicate the money for each necessary things, and moreover, to know exactly how many millions or billions the family has to get in order to carry on living correctely

 

Regarding the fact that women accept lower positions and wages is mainly related to the fact that the position is generaly not in accordance with the diploma, that is, no woman can stand waiting for some...miracle to get her dedicated position just exactly as the men, why women accept lower compensation? because they are trained by the arguments you give that she has not to pretend for a higher position taking the risk of losing the social life... for example a woman which has a higher management position would have a bigger difficulty to be accepted...

well !! , this's kinda weird , a man who has this requirement is not a man , this is greed .

I never thought like this , and frankly , my happiness is when my wife needs me , I work and I spend money on my family with pleasure . this would give me a feeling that I really have a certain importance . Besides it's a man's duty to spend on his family , it's not woman's matter .
