Selon vous, le concept (définis au sens consensuelle du terme évidemment) est -il bien applicable ou non? pourquoi?? Dans une même perspective, concevez vous la démocratie (exsitante ou non) comme complémentaire à ce concept au sein d'un gouvernement, de l'état ou non?
